Travel

We recommend that you take one of the flights to Kraków (see the Kraków Airport web site). You can also fly to Warszawa (Warsaw) and then continue by plane or by train to Kraków. Another possibility is to take a direct train to Zakopane (for those who arrive in Warsaw in the evening and wish to take an overnight train (sleeping or couchette) to Zakopane).

We will provide a conference bus from Kraków to Zakopane on September 12 (Saturday) at 5 p.m. The bus will depart from the parking lot in front of the Institute of Physics (address: Reymonta Street 4; map 1, map 2). This service is free of charge but we ask to book yourself a place in the bus by sending us an e-mail, with a subject Bus, and your name in the body of the message. Likewise, there will be a bus driving us from Zakopane to Krakow in the morning (9 a.m.) of September 17.
